Refund Policy

Our Official Refund & Return Policy For All Our Products is as Follows:

VIP Crypto Group will, at its discretion, allow for the refund or replacement of any product within 14 days (for the monthly plan) and within 30 days (for the yearly plan) from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, refunds for no more than one payment will be provided if requested within the standard 14 days or 30 days return period. After that period, all sales are final.

The customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription products at any time.

If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.

If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future rebills.

Refund Processing Time: Please note that refunds will take 3-4 business days to be processed and show up in your account. They are usually processed on the same day as approved but can take up to 3-4 business days.

Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

Refund Scenario:

Item is “not as described”

An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview so be sure to “tell it like it is” when it comes to the features and functionality of items. If it turns out the item is “not as described” we are obligated to refund buyers of that item.

Item doesn’t work the way it should

If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed we are obligated to refund buyers of the item. This includes situations where item has a problem that would have stopped a buyer from buying it if they’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then we do so promptly by updating our item otherwise we are obligated to refund buyers of that item.

Item Support is promised but not provided

If we promise our buyers item support and we do not provide that support in accordance with the item support policy, we are obligated to refund buyers who have purchased support.

No Refund Scenario:

If our item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • You don’t want it after you have accessed the system and all classified information it provides.
  • The item did not meet your expectations.
  • You are not satisfied with the current feature availability of the product.
  • You have changed your mind about a product.
  • You bought an item by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the system.
  • You ask for goodwill.
  • You have a personal emergency.
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed.
  • No refund will be provided after 14 days (for the monthly plan) or after 30 days (for the yearly plan) from the purchase of a item.
No refunds for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.

Force Refund

We hold the authority to refund buyer purchase by force without any request from buyer end. Force refund will stop system access as well as support access by denying purchase code with immediate action.
